Need help finding places for a bachelorette party in Tampa, Florida!!!?

I am trying to plan a bachelorette party in Tampa, Florida. The bride is over 21, but she has two sisters that are only 20. I want to make it something upscale, but I'm not sure what there is to do in Tampa, FL! I heard of Jacksons? Any ideas would be great!! Thanks soooo much!!
