Concealer's ? what one do you think is best?

Dior makes an excellent concealer and foundation. It's a bit spendy though. If you're looking for a matte finish and inexpensive, the best I've come accross is Rimmel Londons Matte finish Mousse foundation. Lasts all day and works great
