I have no idea what this is..... any idea's?

With me, it's hormone fluctuations. I feel this way often and it mimicks pregnancy, but it's perimenopause. I bet you are just getting a little older. I'm 43 btw, so you'd think I wouldn't be going through the "change" yet, but it can happen.
