I need Help wiv a girl which means the world to me....?

There was this girl that is the same age as me. I met a friend at her school and there she was. Everything about her i liked. so then i started seeing her more in the school holidays. so then we will like hugging and holding hands and stuff. And then i was about to tell her that i really like her and then we got interupted and next day her bebo status said "In a relationship" and i knew for a second that it wasnt me. All me and my friend got told that his name and that he can drive. and none of her friends have never seen him. we dunno if its true or not. How can i find out and tell her properly how i feel about her?
