Accidentaly flagged a Youtube Video?

I was looking around the layout of a videos page and was looking under the category of flagging a video. I clicked the subcategory of the video being a copy right infringement of my work expecting it to ask for a confirmation or to show me more details, but it said that the message was sent to you tube and that if they find the claim to be false, there is the possibility of me being prosacuted b the law for dishonesty about the videos ownership. Does anyone have any idea if I will really be fined or not?
