Executed for non-violent crimes?

i think it should be on the second offense,the first conviction should be a 10 year prison term,during that term offenders should be reminded every day the nature and results of drug use and the deaths it creates,if after being released they commit the same offense they should automatically be executed,nothing stops criminal activity's like death does
