DO YOU think my hearing is damaged or ear drum?

so i had a buildup of wax so i went to the doctor tgo get it flushed out and i did that and now all of the sudden its heard to hear outta my left ear ............ and idk i dont think its water i cant hear it goign around in my head and its been hours and hours and its still like this im scared that something will happen now cause ive got this done in the past and nothing like this happened?
