Does this guy like me or not??

His family owns a cafe downtown...weve chatted the last couple of years...we also have a good mutual friend...i ran into him this weekend...i was drunk and at a strip club...before u are alarmed...everyone goes there after the clubs close...its an upscale club...anyway...he comes over and says hi...im with one of my guy friends...we talk for an hour...he brings me water...he tells me his always had a crush on me and that im different than other girls hes met...we hugged and clung onto each other most of the night...we were both drunk...he was probably just a little buzzed...i give him my number...i dont remember if he asked for it or i offered...i told him to call...he said hed call the next day...anyway...the same night...i invite him to go eat with me and one of my other friends...he calls the next day...we both decide we are too tired to go out...he says "call me tonight if anything is going on or you just want to talk"...what should i do now?? He also said that night he is shy
