I kissed a girl in the dark & later noticed she a fever blister?

6 days later I have 3-4-5 small cankers on my gums near my back lower molar kinda in the corner of the back of my mouth. I'm worried that it is . How common is it for to show up inside your mouth? Are they hopefully just cankers?
