Has it ever occured to anybody , of the same garb. day in day out......?
You might want to stop watching Fox News. JOKE! Seriously, it all gets a bit overwhelming if you dwell on it too much and we all have days when we feel stress and hopelessness. Try and take little steps in order to improve your mood. Examples: Restrict your time spent on reading or watching the news and then turn the channel to something like a comedy show.. spend sometime with someone that you enjoy.. treat yourself to something special, a present.. go out of your way to do something nice for another person, even if its a simple gesture like hauling their trashcan up from the curb or buy them a coffee. Positive gesture like these are contiguous in that you do something for someone else and they do for someone else and so on.. These issue you've mentioned, while important and must be handled are and have been around for sometime. Most importantly, remember this, there are a lot of people that are good in this world, and many have days and concerns just like you. But, we all manage somehow to muddle through.
