Does anybody out believe in ghosts? And if so...how the hell do you get rid of them? These ones aren't friend

Please dont think im lying. The ghosts in my house keep terrorizing me and my family. They scratch backs in the shower to the point where I need stitches. Our family cat died "MYSTERIOUSLY"? I want these things out of my life!
