Do you think it's fair that insurance is more likely to side with an idiot driver than an aggressive driver?

Sorry, but aggressive drivers would still exist. It is their competitive testosterone charged manner that causes them to drive like they do. I get just as POd as you do when I encounter a left lane clog driver. But, I manage to refrain from behavior that would jeopardize myself, my pengers, my car and other innocent people in the vicinity. Please try to do the same. Life is too precious to let stupid little things cause us to do stupid bigger things. Lay off the caffeine and you will be amazed how much more tolerant you will be.
