Are some woman afraid to show affection?

are some woman that shy or scared to show a man they are dating any affection? like wanted to hold hands, touching, or even kissing..small flirting. im dating a 25 yr old and she likes me alot but doesnt show me any of the above. This woman is super hot to and it sort of boggles my mind. any sugestions?
