I am on cycle day 39 and not pregnant... Help!!?

My cycles are usually longish, but NOT this long... I called my Dr and now I'm waiting for a call back and I'm guessing I need some progesterone... Has this happened to anyone? I have PCOS, has it affected my progesterone levels? Will my Dr have me get bloodwork done??
